At the ballpark, the Chainsaw fans witnessed a great pitcher's duel. Josh
Towers(6-9) finally bested his Lewisville opposite, Russ Ortiz(10-12), by the
score of 3 to 1.
Towers gave Chainsaw a solid outing. He went 6 and 1/3 innings allowing 5
hits and no walks. Lewisville had a chance to come back in the 9th but they
came up short.
Todd Jones recorded the save, his 9th. Ortiz took the loss. He was hit hard
and gave up 9 hits and 3 walks in 6 and 1/3 innings.
